What is a Guided Breathing Journey?
We all have deep-rooted patterns of thinking and feeling. These patterns govern our life choices, our emotions, our relationships. Most of the time we don't even realize what our patterns are — which means we can't change them. And we end up with stress, anxiety, anger, and general unhappiness.
In Guided Breathing Journeys, we use a specific breathing technique and rhythm that helps us go beyond our analytical mind. We connect to our body, to our senses, and to our unconscious mind — in a much deeper way. As we access these deep states of our mind, we are able to find emotional release. Resolving past traumas, unhealthy behaviour patterns, and limiting beliefs. And finding our way to a freer, happier, deeper way of living.
